Using HawaiiActive.com we booked this unexpectedly awesome trip. The hummer is owned by Ed Kos of koshawaii.com. Not only did we get a great education of Hawaiian history (the rest of the story), we truly "experienced" some of the most famous movie sets in recent movie history. This was a big deal. We were in out at least 4-5 hours in the back and hidden areas of Oahu, and needed every bit of the hummer's 4-wheel drive low gear capability to get to some of these places. Ed also possessed keys to the bunkers and had access that wasn't common amoung island guides. Having an experience like this is great, but it's even better when shared with friends like the Mundy boys (Dad included). Enjoy this 5 minute clip.
